Subscriptions & billing

Block One Pro is billed through Apple. That means your trial, renewal, and cancellation all happen inside your Apple ID, not the website.

  • Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsBlock One. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
  • Restore Purchases: open Block One → SettingsRestore Purchases. Use this after reinstalling or switching to a new device.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process payments directly, so we can't issue refunds from our end.

Trouble with billing or restore not working? Email support@blockone.fit with your Apple ID email and we'll help you sort it out.
